document how to write and edit JavaScript with backticks

The current readme only shows how to submit code wrapped in backticks, but it could be a pain if the code-to-be-submitted were to have many backticks itself. There are probably smart ways to do work around this problem, and those should be documented -- probably in the readme for now.
