Floating and always on top?

#829 and #570 hint at this, but it's not clear if either are coming. Can I somehow flag a floating window as being WS_EX_TOPMOST so it doesn't get buried under my other tiled windows?

This will eventually be made configurable because some people (like me) absolutely hate the behaviour you're suggesting and vice versa

You're welcome to open a PR for this if you really need it now, but this is not at the top of my list of things to work on
