Restoring minimized windows

How do you restore minimized windows? Do you guys just use Alt+Tab?
I'm hoping if there's some kind of tool that can display a floating GUI list of all windows (scoped to the current workspace) with a search box that can fuzzy search through the titles.
Apparently PowerTools that can do something like that, but for launching apps. Is there something similar for selecting existing windows?

Never mind, it seems that PowerToys Run can select existing windows with the < syntax.

Hmmm, this does not scope the available windows to the current workspace which is kinda eh. And I wonder if there's a way to replace the focused window with the newly selected window without messing up the tiles. If only PowerToys is a bit more hackable...
