Permalink URL for servers & questionnaires

The SDC Questionnaire App accepts a URL parameter for the FHIR server it should work with via server. It would be great if it could also accept a URL parameter for the questionnaire that should be opened - that way, sharing a link to a specific questionnaire located on a specific server would be possible. Right now you have to instruct people to click around and locate the right questionnaire you'd like them to open.

Not confident this is the right repo, the tool I'm working with https://lhcforms.nlm.nih.gov/lforms-fhir-app because that one is able to load valuesets located on the same base FHIR server correctly.

Actually, lforms-fhir-app would be the right repository for tool at https://lhcforms.nlm.nih.gov/lforms-fhir-app. But, since you posted here I will just answer here.

Have you tried the questionnaire-viewer tool? That one lets you specify a FHIR server URL and a questionnaire, using "q" and "s" parameters. Example: https://lhncbc.github.io/questionnaire-viewer/?q=https%3A%2F%2Flforms-fhir.nlm.nih.gov%2FbaseR4%2FQuestionnaire%2F54127-6-x&s=https%3A%2F%2Flforms-fhir.nlm.nih.gov%2FbaseR4

Note that the tool is still using LHC-Forms version 29.2.3. We haven't updated to version 30 yet.

I found out how to move this to the right repository, so I am going to move it to lforms-fhir-app.
