Possible memory error

Hi, I'm really interested in using this method for various aspects of my research.

While running it on a gpu cluster I am receiving the following error:
cudaCheckError() failed at cuPC-S.cu:70 : invalid argument

This happens when the dataGenerator script is set to more than ~250 nodes in the graph, making me think it may be a memory issue.

This is being run on a Titan-X gpu. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, Thank you very much for your interest. Did you try the datasets that we have provided with the code? Such as Dream? They have more than 250 nodes. However, the dataGenerator code was for test cases and the matrix which is generated with dataGenerator can have unexpected properties.
