Pull from my new copy extracted from the Skidfuscator

I fetched and extracted MapleIR here, and the next step is to merge the copy into the original repo (then cleanup the cruft). As this served both the purpose of having an actively-maintained and MIT licensed copy of MapleIR, merging would require

• Stripping all pull-based workflows
• Rebasing on or seperating a target branch, as the extracted repo does not retain the original history
