Soundfont player crashes lmms in mingw but not in msvc when loading pc98_ym2608.sf2

Always been broken. Even on the stable build. Didn't compare msvc and mingw until now

Bug Summary

When opening this soundfont, notably used in toby fox's rude buster, crashes lmms mingw, but not msvc

Expected Behaviour

For the soundfont to work on both windows versions.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Open lmms(mingw).
2. Add a soundfont player.
3. Open the linked soundfont.

This is almost certainly an old bug in fluidsynth. Our fluidsynth dependency used in Windows MinGW is pretty old and in need of an update.

it doesn't happen before the alpha release
on the release 1.2.2 it loads normally. I have the same problem

I didn't have the issue until i updated to alpha 1.3.0 alpha 1.102
release 1.2.2 loads the soundfont fine for me.
