AudioFileProcessor: "amplify" value is ignored when a new sample is loaded

Bug Summary

When loading a new sample into an existing already-configured AudioFileProcessor instance, the "Amplify" gain value is ignored and I believe the default value is used instead.

Expected Behaviour

The "Amplify" gain should be used.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Create an AudioFileProcessor instance with a sample
2. Set amplitude through the "Amplify" knob
3. Drag a new sample into the AudioFileProcessor
4. The gain from the "Amplify" knob will be ignored
