Maximized Piano Roll subwindow sometimes doesn't draw the piano roll part

The piano roll space can be redrawn by resizing the Piano Roll subwindow, or resizing the whole LMMS window.

In my experience, the bug is intermittent, but I haven't tested all that much.
Likely caused by #3532.

As it's intermittent, I have no way to verify without daily driving.
But I'm also pretty certain it's the PR we're mentioning.
I'll look into the code of both that PR and the proposed fix.
