Describe the error
lost connection to network WI-FI on Squeezebox Radio only. after some time from 5 to 90 minutes the WIFI connection is "lost", the network symbol in the lower right corner lights up red. applies only to S. Radio! repairing the network from the menu helps only for a few minutes - to use S. Radio I have to turn it off and on.
During this time Squeezebox Boom (2 devices) and Holo Red Streamer play music.
wifi network and router configured a few years ago and without changes, the problem appeared after switching to Lyrion Music Server and only applies to Squeezebox radio Only.
I configured the Radio from scratch, set a fixed IP for the players, nothing helps, after some time (randomly) the network is lost.
The router has this IP address reserved for every S. Radio too, and the wifi network is red.
Only once did S. Radio not lose connection with LMS, when I accidentally left the Net Analizer app open on my iPhone and pinged the player all night.
after turning off ping, the problem returned.
Expected behavior
Maybe someone will prepare a plugin that pings players on the network with a specified frequency.
