use custom result for PacketAssert #414

Followup for #401 (comment)
The PacketAssert code uses generic result type that is not formatted (skipped) by JsonRunSummaryFormatter.
To be able to format it, we need to extend the MeasurementResult to support PacketAssert and update the formatter to fetch the data from it.
