Create set of goal distributions for sprinkler output

@jiwoncpark and I were discussing at CMU Hack Day 2018 what are the goal distributions we should make sure the lensed AGN systems will need to match within some target boundaries to make sure that the DC2 sprinkler output is useful.

@jiwoncpark will read and discuss with @drphilmarshall to identify what our target distributions should be.

@jbkalmbach will then test the sprinkler output and adjust to make sure the DC2 inputs match these distributions.
