Import crow and use in firecrown

Hello @m-aguena , we are happy to depend on crow for cluster computations. However, we need crow to be on conda-forge. That way we can have it as one of our dependencies.

This will also require an object in Firecrown (probably a Statistic) that will handle all fitting parameters and will communicate with crow objects. Moreover, currently there are tools that will be used in different cluster computations that are stored in ModelingTools, this will also require an Updatable in Firecrown capable of configuring the associated crow object correctly.
