Describe the bug
Some of the examples are outdated and fail when run. One example is examples/des_y1_3x2pt/cosmosis /pure_ccl.ini; if cosmosis is run using this configuration file, it crashes.
Additional context
Most examples are migrated to the command-line firecrown application, and in that version they are correct.
The test suite can run the tests using the firecrown application, and users can also do so.
