The file bin/running_physics.dll is a proprietary precompiled physics backend.
It is not licensed under the Apache License, Version 2.0, even when distributed
in the same repository as Apache-2.0-licensed source code.
Permission is granted to download, copy, use, and redistribute unmodified copies
of bin/running_physics.dll only as part of this repository or forks,
redistributions, and archives of this repository, provided that this license
notice is included with the binary.
You may not:
- modify, patch, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the binary, except
where applicable law expressly permits such activity;
- distribute modified versions of the binary;
- distribute the binary as a standalone product or as part of an unrelated
project without separate permission;

Replacement physics backends may be implemented against the public ABI described
