Word count

Add word count with the wordometer package. However, it currently fails to import (see Jollywatt/typst-wordometer#13).

Notes to self: Currently the word count doesn't include the following:

• Title
• Authors
• Abstract
• Keywords
• In-line citations
• References

That's likely due to Jollywatt/typst-wordometer#2.

It does include:

• Text body
• Margin content
