Why this matters

CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md (referenced by CONTRIBUTING.md) appears to follow a generic template. If it lacks a concrete, monitored contact (email or form) for reporting violations specific to LabsCrypt/flowfi, contributors who experience an issue have no clear, working escalation path.

Acceptance criteria

• Add a specific, monitored contact method (email alias or issue-reporting form) for Code of Conduct violations
• Cross-link from SECURITY.md if there's overlap in reporting channels
• Verify the contact actually works (not a placeholder)
