Incorrect dependencies listed on Modrinth

The dependencies for the neoforge version incorrectly includes fabric-api as a required dependency.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a new neoforge 1.21.1 instance on Modrinth ;
2. Add Lambdynlight to the instance ;
3. Start the game. ;
4. Game shows error message since Fabric API has been downloaded automatically by modrinth and neoforge cannot load fabric mods.

Expected behavior
Fabric API listed as a required dependency only for Fabric (and Quilt?) version of the mod.

(Note: The user can fix the issue manually by removing Fabric API from their instance, but, ideally, they wouldn't have to).

• Fabric Loader version None
• Mods fabric-api v0.25.1+build.416-1.16, lambdynamiclights v1.3.2
• Version [4.5.0-4.8.6]
