Error processing launch options at field: program

I was using Neptune for 2-3 weeks then I had to open another F# test project and I get this error when start Test Debug. I have one repository where it works just fine. I pushed all changes to bitbucket. Cloned into another folder and it doesn't work from another folder. I tried to copy the folder where it works into another location doesn't work. Build completely new machine with all the tools same problem.
What do I do?

Update:
The problem is caused by the files in which tests are in module instead of namespace.
Changing to namespace fixes the problem. I still not clear how it worked previously with modules.
