Feature request: More rival activity types.

Problem:

Rivals current have a few activity types to them. Explosive car traps, heli firebombing, large battlefields with occupants, roving mortars and cell elimination missions by the player faction. However, the rival activities can be enhanced more.

Expected behavior:

  • Add rival observation points/MG nests throughout remote areas, near active but un-spawned (cell is there as a hidden marker, but no cell elimination mission is active for it) rival cells.
  • Add rival town support values and town support stealing mechanics. Prevent Invader punishment on rival-backing towns.
  • Add rival troops to destroyed/punished towns, instead of invader elite units. (More sense in using proxy rival units)
  • Add rival hidden agents among town civilian population. These can approach players in towns as civilians, but pull out weapons and attack when close.
