Component Request: Chat Widget Bubble

Hi, thanks for this awesome project. 

A big use case in AI is chat assistants that live on websites. I think the prompt container gets us 95% of the way there, but the other UI component is the the little chat bubble you see (usually bottom right corner). Would love to have a few variants with some pretty hover states.
