Update default configs #4

@raykholo by now you know what a machine profile for popular machines should be? I checked into Cohesion3D G+ group and still see a lot of 'remove the M2, add this, delete that etc'.
Can you pull request some updated profiles like: Cohesion3D - Smoothieware - K40 with digital control. Cohesion3D - Grbl-LPC - K40 with analog potentiometer. Etc
@Domenic-D is your latest profiles ready-to-go included yet?
Rest of the team: can we update the current profiles so they are more 'ready to go' (eg the popular Remove the M2) and maybe add some 'good enough to get you going' K40, china engraver, etc defaults? I see this often pops up in all three communities and thats our fault that the initial setup isnt a simple dropdown to pick machine type. Especially when the default Generic Grbl has an extra M2 to take out (; or something like that
