New cards/decks disappearing 1-2 days later

Describe the bug

New cards/decks I've made have been randomly disappearing around 1-2 days after creation. I first noticed this on the evening of March 9th (~10 pm EDT) after making some cards between a couple days before then and the night before then, all of them had been deleted. I remade them and everything seemed fine. I checked on them again the next day (March 10th, ~5:30 pm EDT) and they were all still there. A few hours later that same day (~8:45 pm EDT) I made two new decks and added more cards to some of my other decks. I also added more cards yesterday (March 11th). Then today, March 12th, at around 8:40 pm EDT, I saw that the cards and decks I specifically made between ~8:45 pm EDT on March 10th and throughout the day/night on March 11th were gone. The previously deleted cards that I remade on March 9th after noticing they were gone didn't get deleted this time.

How to reproduce the bug

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Sign in
2. Go to the decks page
3. Create new cards in existing decks and/or create new decks
4. Bug happens after around 1-2 days (some of the new cards/decks disappear)

Expected behaviour

The cards/decks shouldn't get deleted.

Obviously very concerning, will monitor and try and track down where this is coming from, any other examples of this or even just people saying they experienced it would be useful.

We did have a database failure but with the redundant replicated setup we have it shouldn't have caused data loss, definitely not multiple times, so will try and see if there is a way that could be the cause.

I remade the deleted cards and added a couple new ones, so if it happens again I'll be sure to say something here. I also asked someone I know who also uses the site to make a test deck with some cards to see if the issue happens to them.

It's been a few days so I figured I'd post an update. The issue doesn't seem to be happening anymore as far as I can tell, but I use the site pretty frequently so I'll always be checking.
