After Download and install it's gives me error

After Download and install it's gives me below error, can anybody please help me. I follow below steps and use wamp

1. Download Zip
2. Enter my database details in .env file on root folder.
3. Run php artisan migrate --seed to setup database.
4. Finally, setup an Apache VirtualHost to point to the "public" folder.

FatalErrorException in compiled.php line 1327:
Maximum function nesting level of '100' reached, aborting!

Please deactivate Xdebug or increase the nesting level to 200.
