[BUG] Users in side pane are always in a "hovered" state

For some reason, every user in the side pane has a :hover-esque highlight, even without hovering over any profiles.

The blue line in the hover animation still shows, but the hover highlight is always present.

Expected behavior [Optional if its obvious]
The side panel should look clean without highlights like it does in the top image.

aware about this but cant actually fix it rn because my main development client mods isnt still useable, will have to wait for a while
