OFT-v2 bridging always fails with NotEnoughNative on mainnet (Base → BNB), need fix #174
Description
I have deployed and verified an OFT-v2 contract:

Peers are set correctly on-chain and return true in contract checks.
No matter what parameters or options I use, when I try calling send to bridge tokens from Base to BSC, the transaction always reverts with NotEnoughNative, even when msg.value is much higher than any quoted fee.
How can this be fixed, since I cannot redeploy and need the contract to allow bridging from Base to BNB?
