Feature: Install `Safe App SDK` to webapp to support Safe multisig wallet

User story
As a potential new restaker, I want to connect to the web app with my safe multisig wallet, so that I can deploy an EigenPod and/or restake a liquid staking token to EigenLayer using the {ETH, rETH, stETH, cbETH, etc}, which resides in my (formerly Gnosis) Safe Multisig Wallet.

Actions

• Install the Safe Apps SDK to your webapp: https://docs.safe.global/apps-sdk-overview
• Test by going to app.safe.global -> Apps in toolbar -> My custom apps tab -> Add custom Safe App button -> paste https://app.eigenlayer.xyz/ into the input field
• Add support on any testnets, too

Acceptance criteria
A Safe multisig wallet is able to successfully deploy an EigenPod and restake a liquid staking token using the EigenLayer webapp UI via the Safe custom app tab.
