由于技术路线升级，LazyCraft 将暂停后续迭代。LazyCraft 设计之初，是希望通过 AI 工作流编排与自动化能力，打通企业级应用中的数据闭环，让知识、业务与 AI 能够真正连接起来。但随着实践深入，我们逐渐意识到：“流程编排”已经成为了过去式，仅靠“流程编排”，已经很难支撑下一代 AI 应用。真正重要的，不再只是把节点串起来，而是：
- AI 是否具备长期记忆
- 是否能真正理解知识与上下文
- 是否能够持续进化
- 是否能真正进入生产环境
基于这一思考，我们正在推进新的项目LazyMind :
LazyMind 不只是一个知识管理框架，更希望构建面向未来的 AI 知识与协作基础设施，包括：
- 长期知识管理
- 可持续进化的 Agent 与记忆系统
- 面向生产环境的 可靠AI 工作流和观测体系
- 真正能帮助个人与企业落地的 AI 办公助手

Dear users,
Due to a shift in our technical direction, LazyCraft will pause further development.
LazyCraft was originally designed to connect enterprise data flows through AI workflow orchestration and automation, allowing knowledge, business systems, and AI to truly work together in a closed loop.
However, as we went deeper into real-world practice, we gradually realized that “workflow orchestration” is becoming a thing of the past. Simply connecting nodes together is no longer enough to support the next generation of AI applications.
What truly matters is:
- Whether AI has long-term memory
- Whether it can genuinely understand knowledge and context
- Whether it can continuously evolve
- Whether it can truly run in production environments
Based on this vision, we are now focusing on a new project LazyMind:
LazyRAG is not just a RAG framework.
Our goal is to build the next-generation infrastructure for AI knowledge and collaboration, including:
- Long-term knowledge management
- Continuously evolving agents and memory systems
- Reliable production-ready AI workflows and observability systems
- Practical AI office assistants for both individuals and enterprises
New products are currently under rapid development and will be released soon. Stay tuned.
