Update contributing-guide lookup sync bullet parenthetical for pr-pre-merge

Context

Identified during review of PR #108. Pre-existing style inconsistency in CLAUDE.md.

Problem

The contributing-guide lookup sync bullet in CLAUDE.md references commands/pr-pre-merge.md with the parenthetical "(contributing guide lookup)". The other two entries in this sync bullet use step-number references (e.g., "Step 3a"). After the step renumbering in PR #108, the contributing guide section is now "Step 1: Read contributing guidelines."

Suggested Fix

Update the parenthetical from "(contributing guide lookup)" to "(Step 1)" to match the precision of the other sync-point references in the same bullet.

Notes

• This is a cosmetic consistency improvement
• Not introduced by PR Add task tracking to pr-pre-merge command (Part of #81) #108, just made more noticeable by the step renumbering
