Crowdin project is inaccessible — submitting a complete Korean (ko-KR) translation update

Hi,

I'm setting up a self-hosted Leantime instance and wanted to contribute to the Korean translation via Crowdin, but the project linked in the README and in past discussions (https://crowdin.com/project/leantime) returns:

Something went wrong — Project does not exist or access to this project is limited.

Searching for "leantime" in Crowdin's public directory also returns no results. (My Crowdin username is skw0502, in case it's a permissions issue.)

Since I couldn't use Crowdin, I went ahead and prepared a complete ko-KR.ini update and would like to submit it as a PR. Here's a summary of the work:

What was improved

Tone consistency — The old file mixed formal (합니다/하십시오) and informal styles inconsistently. All UI text now uses natural 해요체, which is standard for Korean SaaS products.

Terminology cleanup:

• To-Do → 할 일 (0 instances remaining)
• 코멘트 → 댓글 throughout
• 귀하 (overly stiff honorific) → removed entirely
• 당신 (unnatural in UI context) → rephrased naturally
• 시트 → 타임시트 for consistency
• Kanban → 칸반, Blueprints → 블루프린트

Bug fix — tour.congratulations_kanban_text had "Don't hesitate to reach out" mistranslated as 문의하지 마세요! ("Don't contact us!") — meaning was completely inverted.

Stale English removed — Several keys contained English text from an older version of en-US.ini that no longer matched the current source (e.g. menu.strategic_anchor still said "Strategic Anchors" while en-US now says "Focus Areas"). All synced to current en-US.ini.

Locale settings — Updated to Korean conventions: Y.m.d date format, 24h time, ₩ currency, A4 page size, Sunday as first day of week (Korean calendar convention).

Cross-validated against de-DE.ini and cs-CZ.ini for format string consistency — 0 placeholder mismatches.

Questions

1. Is the Crowdin project still active? If so, could access be restored?
2. If Crowdin is no longer in use, I'll open a PR to app/Language/ko-KR.ini directly — is that the preferred path?
