Export / Import: All User Projects Data

We are currently trying to get LDAP AD functioning but in the meantime I would like to begin using this software to gain more expertise and take advantage of its features.

However, once we get LDAP functional I would like to migrate all project data associated with the current user to the new LDAP user.

Is there a provision for migrating all user project data to a new user. I can see where this exact need would come up if for instance an employee was no longer with the company and a new user was taking over.
