Setup STG Env

As a developer
I would like to setup a STG/DEV environment (rather than running the website locally).

This is useful to verify changes before they are deployed to production.

Acceptance Criteria:

• It shoudl talk to STG deta api environment
• this env should be automatically deployed for any changes in main branch
