test: add display address coverage

It would be easier to debug things like bitcoin-core/HWI#795 (comment) if there was a UI test for displaying an address. Currently https://github.com/LedgerHQ/app-bitcoin-new/tree/develop/tests/automations doesn't have anything for it.

The text-based automations for speculos are no longer used much in the main test suite, as we moved to a more structured test framework that takes snapshots, but we should indeed at least have easy-to-find snapshots for all the various UX flows.
