Audio shortcodes not working for me

I'm trying to make use of the audio shortcodes for Mixcloud to no avail... The Mixcloud embed works correctly for the audio post type with the mixcloud: metadata, but the shortcodes don't work for me at all... Same goes when i tried to use the Spotify shortcode from the example site...

I am trying:

But I also tried:
{{< audio type="mixcloud" id="scienceforthepeople/445-ai-ant-intelligence" >}}

Without success... Any tips or debugging advice would be welcome, thanks.

@grahams, I can confirm that there is an issue with the content containing the MixCloud audio.
The Bilberry Sandbox website features content for testing MixCloud audio, but it's not functioning correctly when deployed on either GitHub Pages or Netlify.

On the contrary, when the Bilberry Sandbox is deployed locally, the MixCloud content works fine.

The Spotify shortcode works fine on the Bilberry Sandbox:

@igor-baiborodine Interestingly, i've ONLY been deploying locally (with hugo server).

I checked out your sandbox and can confirm that the Mixcloud player is working locally:

But when I try from my actual content:

This is despite the first player being a direct copy of the shortcode from your sandbox:

I even made sure I checked out the same git tag of the theme that your sandbox is using (11e1182),

Interestingly, before I saw your post I tried renaming themes/bilberry-hugo-theme/v4/layouts/shortcodes/audio.html and themes/bilberry-hugo-theme/v4/layouts/partials/audio-embed.html to .../sound.html and .../sound-embed.html (and updated the references inside those files as well) and used sound as the shortcode and everything seemed to work.

@grahams, I tested MixCloud content on Bilberry Sandbox in different browsers on Ubuntu 22.04.5 LTS:

1. Yandex: local - ✅, GitHub Pages - ❌ , Netlify - ❌
2. Firefox: local - ✅, GitHub Pages - ✅, Netlify - ✅
3. Chrome: local - ✅, GitHub Pages - ✅, Netlify - ✅

What OS and browser are you using? Also, what option are you using to pull the theme's files: 1 - via Hugo modules or 2 - via Git cloning?
