Random test failures in CI (again)

Noticed these two failures in CommentView. Both of them disappeared after rerunning CI. Cant reproduce it locally either.

If tests fail in CI they are supposed to be restarted, but it seems that is not working.

Especially for the NSFW one, I can't find any logical reason why it intermittently fails. Every test function there is properly running cleanup.

I'll try some things because it could have to do with self.local_user, but I don't know if it will help.

The logic for nsfw and private communities is solid.

My only guess is that there's a missing cleanup that's leaving traces of data somewhere. I found a few of these in the PR above. Outside of that I'm stumped. There are no race conditions in the tests that I can see.
