Warn RE erroneous depth of metadata file #17
Description
Issue a warning if the location of a metadata file within the filesystem is higher than it should be.
This can be captured as the lowest common parent among the data files to which it is applicable being lower in the filesystem than the directory in which the metadata file resides.
Where this gets tricky is the 1.x ruleset. It's possible that the statement above could be true, but moving the metadata file one level deeper would then violate the restriction of having two applicable metadata files at one filesystem hierarchy level. This could however potentially be interrogated through the network graph.
