Can't connect to EMQX Broker Free

I try to connect EMQX Broker
Broker: broker.emqx.io
SSL/TLS Port: 8883
I replace to openssl_publisher.c and setup file CA but error
error: MQTT_ERROR_SOCKET_ERROR

I am also experiencing the same problem.

Has this issue not been resolved yet?
