ULPC — my heavily rewritten version

Inspired by the incredibly well-organized resource pack and
asset management of this project, I built my own pipeline
and viewer on top of it.

What's different:

• File structure — Asset attributes are fully encoded in
  folder/file names. Works with any resources, not just ULPC.
• JSON spec — Base64 support added. Usable directly in
  projects without bundling assets separately.
• Animations — Variable frames unified. Individual
  animations can be extracted separately.
• Viewer — Preview, preset management, and per-animation
  export added.

All original authors and licenses are credited in the viewer.
