[Enhancement]: Make endpoints-custom-iconURL option also apply for non-custom endpoints

What features would you like to see added?

There are two iconURL options in librechat.yaml. One is modelSpecs-list-iconURL, which controls the icon in the left sidebar (orange) and works well. The other is endpoints-custom-iconURL, which controls the icon in the model selection area and in chat (blue), but it only supports custom endpoints. For non-custom endpoints like Google, it doesn’t work.

Since Google’s endpoints have to be set in the env file, the only available option that applies to endpoints-google is Shared Endpoint Settings. I hope we can set iconURL for non-custom endpoints there.
