[Enhancement]: Web_Search Giving support of SERPHouse API

Add SERPHouse API as a supported web search provider for LibreChat Web Search.

SERPHouse provides search APIs for Google, Bing, Yahoo, image search, news, shopping, and other SERP data. Adding it as a provider would give users another option for enabling web search, especially for users who already have a SERPHouse subscription.

The feature should allow LibreChat users to configure SERPHouse as a web search provider using environment variables, similar to other search integrations.

Example configuration:

SERPHOUSE_API_KEY=your_api_key_here
SERPHOUSE_ENGINE=google

Expected behavior:

User asks a question requiring web search
        ↓
LibreChat calls SERPHouse API
        ↓
SERPHouse returns search results
        ↓
LibreChat uses those results as web context

Suggested API endpoint:

https://api.serphouse.com/serp/live

Basic request example:

GET /serp/live?q=query&domain=google.com&device=desktop&serp_type=web&page=1&num_result=10
Authorization: Bearer SERPHOUSE_API_KEY

This would be useful because:

1. Gives LibreChat users more choice for web search providers.
2. Supports users who already use SERPHouse.
3. Can reduce dependency on a single search provider.
4. Makes LibreChat more flexible for self-hosted deployments.
5. SERPHouse supports multiple engines and result types.

The implementation can initially support normal web search results only. Later it can be extended for image search, news, shopping, and other SERP types.
