Allow importing of NextCloud Contacts for Face Tags

Describe the enhancement you'd like
Allow Libre-Photos to sync with the Nextcloud Contacts and have these pop up in the suggestions when labeling unknown faces

Describe why this will benefit the LibrePhotos
The Contacts in Nextcloud have the same names as they do in Libre-Photos. Since these are also imported from the mobile device (if the sync is set up), it opens up the possibility to

1. show contact info of contacts within libre-photos
2. show all images from nextcloud of a specifc contact
