Latest version of Tang Dynasty IDE

There is a new version of the IDE (TD_RELEASE_March2022_r5.5.1_47752) available on the Anlogic website (https://www.anlogic.com/support/tools-downloads) but needs a login and that is not really doable for outside China users.

It would be nice if this new version was made available here or on the Sipeed download space.
