On the pairing spreadsheet it shows the UTC time in the right column, and if you hover over it, it gives you the local time. I would find it more useful if that were reversed so that it displays for me the local time for the match, and if for some twisted reason I care to see what the UTC time is for that, I could hover over it to see.
Lichess TV tab defaults to local time and has a dropdown that lets you toggle to UTC. That would be a better interface for the pairng spreadsheet.
