Flexible Bonus Pool

Current bonus pool for all employees is hardcoded to 5% of Netto profil - hardcoded as 100000). 

Create a functionality which allows to change both the Netto profit and Bonus pool by the user on the bonus calculation page.

P.S.: you might also want to show the netto profit and bonus pool in the first place on the Bonus Calculation page.
