Does flow scanner support scanning flows that have been changed?

Use case: Issue a PR, and the flow scanner will run on the diff instead of all the flows. The adoption for legacy project will be easier in this context.

@RaviVaranasi You would need something to track what is new(like git source control). You can have a look at this repo on how to implement lfs as github action
