What versions of software stack supported?

I have the following setup:
Windows 10
Project using C++ implementations only.
cuDNN 9.6
CUDA 12.6
TensorRT 10.7
ONNX Runtime 1.20.0
OpenCV 5.0.0-Alpha
CMake 3.30

Can I use YOLO 11?
Many YOLO 11 projects are still using outdated software stack and is incompatible with the newer ones.
