Update Makefile to add environmental variable NM to build/.toolchain.env and assign it to the path of llvm-nm within /home/lind/lind-wasm/clang+llvm-18.1.8-x86_64-linux-gnu-ubuntu-18.04/bin

Also a possible suggestion is to remove the hardcoded path to /home/lind/lind-wasm within all variables and use LIND_WASM_ROOT.
