[BUG] Glass-2 Theme Page Info Cut Off

Describe the problem

When using the Glass-2 theme, entering the Interactive Editor brings up the menu like normal.

If I try to Edit Page Info, Edit App Config, or Edit Pages, I get a cutoff window that won't expand past the "You are in Edit Mode" screen.

The other themes that I've tried don't have this issue.
