litesvm 0.8.1 slow to compile due to openssl-sys #231
Description
It latest version of litesvm (v0.8.1) takes a signficant amount of time to compile due to openssl-sys (minutes on this dependency).
There was a similiar issue in latest version of mollusk-svm (v0.6.3), which was resolved in anza-xyz/mollusk#166.
Joe C (maintainer of mollusk) mentioned its from the secp256r1 precompile lib thats getting brought in as a result of the agave-precompiles dependency.
