Adding WRC4 and Grid Legends, Inheriting NFS ASLs and Including Vergils Downfall inside DMC

-Adding WRC4 and Grid Legends as new ASLs.
-Including Vergils Downfall with DMC Reboot as it's attached to same game as a dlc and uses same ASL but it's separate board on speedrun.com.
-And finally inheriting some old NFS ASLs as Balathruin completely deleted their GitHub account (making Shift 1 and 2 unreachable) and TDOG20 left community while some games had ASL updates (Carbon and Undercover) and changing Payback's source is just future proofing.
